Application Flow

  1. Click on "Register" button.
  2. Name: Enter your Full Name.
  3. Email: Enter your working Email address.
  4. Password: Enter any minimum 8 character (alpha-numeric) password for your account.
  5. Confirm Password: Re-Enter the password, which you have entered above.
  6. Verification Captcha: Click on the check box and complete the captcha. Click on the reCaptcha to change, if required.
  7. Click on "Register" button.
  8. Verification of Email: Verify your email by clicking on the link sent on your email.

  1. Click on "Sign-In" button.
  2. Email: Enter your Email address, with which you have registered yourself during Registration.
  3. Password: Enter your password, which you have given as Password during Registration.
  4. Click on "Sign In" button.
Note: Registered users who forgot their password can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Your Password" link and entering their registered Email id. A Password Reset Link will be sent to the Applicant's email id through which the Applicant can set new password.

  1. After signing in, the personal dashboard will be available for the applicant.
  2. The applicant has to initially fill the Basic Profile Section(Part-A). For details refer to Steps to fill up the Online Employment Application Form.

After completing Part-A, the applicants have to proceed as follows:

Teaching Positions Proceed to Part B1 followed by Part C Proceed to Apply Section
Assistant/Deputy Librarian Proceed to Part B2
Assistant/Deputy Director Physical Education and Sports Proceed to Part B3
Teaching Positions (Schools) ----
Non-Teaching Positions ----
  1. On entering the Apply Section, all the active advertisements will be available.
  2. Click on the view button to see the various posts advertised under the given advertisement.
  3. Click on the post the applicant wishes to apply.
  4. Click on “Apply” button given against the chosen post. This will generate the viewable pdf version of the application form based on the filled up information.
  5. At this point, the applicant may review the form again, to change any filled up information, if required, or alternatively proceed for submission of the required fee by clicking on the “Submit and proceed to Pay Now” button.
  6. Applicant must ensure that he/she is eligible to apply for the post for which application is being submitted as the Application Processing Fee is non-refundable.
  7. Application Processing Fee is to be paid ONLINE only. The applicant should keep ready his/her Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card details and follow the instructions available on the website to make payment.
  8. Once the Application Processing Fee has been paid, the Payments Receipt shall be generated and the control will be redirected to the Dashboard where a PDF copy of the duly paid Application Form will be available for download.
Note: Please note the applicants are not allowed to update/modify their Application Form in any circumstances once they have paid the Application Processing Fee.
  1. Take the Printout of the PDF Generated Application Form on A-4 Size paper
  2. Put your signature and paste your recent photograph at the designated place on the Application Form.
  3. Attach the relevant document(s) with the Application Form and do not fold or mutilate it in any way.
  4. Hard copy of the Application Form, complete in all respects, must be submitted by hand or through Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier in a separate envelope for each applied post so as to reach the respective offices as mentioned in the respective advertisement up to 5:00 PM on or before the last date of receipt.
